Agri-Market-Tracker provides access to USDA terminal market data through a searchable interface with visualization tools. We aggregate public domain data and present it in an accessible format.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
4. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use automated tools to scrape or download large volumes of data
- Resell or redistribute our service without permission
- Attempt to circumvent credit limits or security measures
- Use the service for any illegal purposes
5. Credits System
- Free tier: 3 searches per day (anonymous users)
- Registered tier: 10 searches per day (reset daily at midnight UTC)
- Promo codes: Subject to expiration and redemption limits
- Paid credits: Non-refundable, no expiration date
6. Data Accuracy
We strive to provide accurate data from USDA sources, but we make no guarantees about completeness or accuracy. USDA is the official source of truth for terminal market data. We are not liable for business decisions made based on our data.
7. Intellectual Property
USDA market data is in the public domain. Our platform code, design, and proprietary features are protected by copyright. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer our platform.
8. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not responsible for any losses, damages, or claims arising from your use of the service, including market-based financial decisions.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.
